At the beginning of 2019 we started to build a business center, the first of its kind in Alanya.

Kalite Construction has completed the construction of the Summer Park Business Centre, a large-scale project located next to the new building of the Alanya Municipality.

In 2021 KYT Construction began constructing two flagship projects: Botanic Garden in Kestel and Victory Garden in Oba.
These projects are examples of a new and better way of life.
Construction portfolio expands - we're adding a brand new project and starting to build the Viсtory Park residential complex in Oba.
Thus the area of the construction sites exceeded 28 259 square meters.
As a result of the rebranding we have shortened the name Kalite Yaşam Tarzı to laconic one - Kalite that means “Quality” is Turkish.
This year marks the completion of the Victory Garden and five blocks of the Botanic Garden in Kestel.
The start of construction of two new projects: Viсtory Panorama in Demirtaş and Viсtory Tower in Mahmutlar that will also take place in 2023.
